What started as a specialty coffee roastery has grown steadily over the years. Along the way, there’s always been one idea quietly in the background: baking. Inspired by our founder’s family roots, with his father a baker by trade, opening a bakery has long been a personal ambition.
With Tynemouth Coffee Co. firmly established, the bakery allows us to extend the same ethos into a new craft. The standards, care and attention to detail that guide how we source, roast and serve our coffee are the same principles behind everything coming out of the bakery.
The bakery offers a range of freshly baked pastries, sweet and savoury bakes, sharing boxes and treats for home, gifting and wholesale. All made in-house using quality ingredients and a thoughtful, considered approach.
While coffee will always be at the heart of what we do, the bakery feels like a natural evolution of the brand, one that brings coffee and baking together in a way that reflects our journey so far.
