With our team of dedicated assessors and verifiers, learners can achieve certification to the Tynemouth Coffee Standard at two levels:

• Introduction to Coffee – a foundation certificate for home users or new hospitality staff.
  
• Qualified Barista (TCC Standard) – verified either in-person on delivery* or via video submission to our virtual assessment team.
  

This certification gives home brewers proof of progress and provides operators with a recognised benchmark for better recruitment, training, and promotion decisions across cafés, pubs, bars, and restaurants.
