Delivery

  • We deliver all across the UK
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we’ve received full payment.

Returns & Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (Consumer Contracts Regulations).
  • To return an item, contact us at Hello@tynemouthcoffee.com. Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Perishable goods (e.g. fresh coffee) cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
