Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we’ve received full payment.
Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (Consumer Contracts Regulations).

To return an item, contact us at Hello@tynemouthcoffee.com. Goods must be unused and in original packaging.

Perishable goods (e.g. fresh coffee) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
