3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This is not acceptance — a contract is only formed when we dispatch your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we’ve already confirmed.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
5. Delivery

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we’ve received full payment.
6. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (Consumer Contracts Regulations).
To return an item, contact us at Hello@tynemouthcoffee.com. Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
Perishable goods (e.g. fresh coffee) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Disclaimer - Although every care is taken to prevent contamination from the harvest site, there may be occasional debris packaged in your coffee. We do not accept responsibility for any damage incurred to your grinders or other equipment.
8. Subscriptions
Subscription services will continue until cancelled by you or us.
You can cancel at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. Minimum term of 3 months Subscription.
Price changes for subscriptions will be notified in advance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Tynemouth Coffee Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our permission.
10. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or Website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price you paid for the product.
